Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RankedLift, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to use RankedLift for personal, non-commercial use only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy any part of the app;
• Use the app or its content for any commercial purpose;
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in RankedLift;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may permanently delete your account at any time within the app (Settings → Delete Account).

Subscriptions (Apex Pass)

Some features are available only through Apex Pass, a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Where a free trial is offered, it automatically converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google account settings (also accessible via Settings → Manage Subscription within the app).
• Prices are displayed and confirmed before purchase by the App Store or Google Play. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their own policies — we do not process payments or issue refunds directly.

RankedLift is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

RankedLift does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Rankings, statistics, and suggested plans are for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical or training advice — consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme.

Limitations

In no event shall RankedLift or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or personal injury) arising out of the use or inability to use RankedLift.

Revisions and Errata

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use RankedLift, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.
