Overview

This privacy policy describes how RankedLift processes your personal data. By using our service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

Data Collection

RankedLift collects the following types of personal information:

• Email address, username and display name, for account authentication and communication
• Workout data, including exercises, sets, reps, weights and session duration
• Body metrics, such as bodyweight and body fat percentage, if you choose to log them
• Profile information, such as training goal, weekly session goal and experience level, if you choose to provide them
• Subscription status, to determine access to premium features (we do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Apple, Google, and our subscription provider, RevenueCat)
• Any messages you send us through the in-app feedback form

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Provide and improve the RankedLift service
• Calculate your training rank and generate analytics about your workout progress
• Provide premium features to subscribers
• Respond to your feedback and support requests
• Maintain the security and reliability of the service

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use a small number of service providers to operate RankedLift, each only receiving the data necessary to perform its function: Supabase (database hosting and authentication), Apple and Google (sign-in and subscription payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Sentry (crash and error reporting, so we can diagnose and fix bugs). We do not currently use any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted so that you can only access your own records.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your RankedLift account is active. RankedLift stores the data you track — such as your workouts, exercises, sets, reps and weights — so that your training history is available to you across sessions and devices; the app cannot provide this functionality without retaining that data.

When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, including your workout history and account information. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting us at [email protected].

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your workout data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
